W&HM: Great meeting you Ingrid! Please tell us a bit about yourself...
Ingrid: I'm a fitness cover model, fitness columnist for several magazines, ,spokesmodel and WBFF bikini PRO athlete from Barcelona, Spain now living in Los Angeles, California. I have a lot of energy so I'm always finding fun races to keep me busy, getting outside - any new and exciting adventure, learning about different cultures.... I love traveling... so far I have lived in Spain, England, Ireland, Cancun and now in L.A. ;) I've been here for over 3 years and I'm happy to call L.A home:) I am bilingual, very outgoing, fun person and a workaholic!!!
W&HM: We heard that you entered many competitions, let us know some highlights of them.
Ingrid: Oh boy my journey...What an interesting career I chose! In October of 2010 I competed in my first show NPC Border States Championships were I placed 1st in my Height Class and won the Overall, I was so new in the industry and naive... I thought because I won the overall that I was done and there was nothing more to accomplish, little did I know that was just the start to this amazing journey!
W&HM: Wow, that sounds interesting!
Ingrid: Haha, When I realized that my competing career was just beginning I couldn't wait to get back on stage so 4 weeks later I stepped on stage again at the NPC Excalibur Championships in December 2010. again I placed 1st in my Height Class and took the Overall! After winning this show is when I realized that maybe I was on to something and I may have a future in this industry. 
Ingrid: :-) My next show I was signed up for was the Arnold Classic in March of 2011, I was so excited to compete on one of the biggest stages internationally. while preparing for the Arnold I joined two online competitions. The first one was the vitrix model search. I was the Inaugural winner of January. The second online contest was the rock star bikini search. When I found out I won that contest I had to pinch myself to make sure this was all real... All of this success made me very confident to step on stage at the Arnold against over 200 girls from around the world. All my confidence and hard work paid off because I won the overall at the Arnold Classic. I am so excited for the future! I am competing again at the end of August wooohoooooo!
W&HM: Wow, we are speechless!! Super cool!
Ingrid: Haha... :-)
W&HM: Now a totally different topic... What types of food do you like most? Do you cook? What do you cook?
Ingrid: yes I cook all the time and Snails is my favorite food. Sounds tasty! hahahahahahah How is that prepared?Top secret! Is my grandmother recipe!
W&HM: Very cool! Are you a competitive type of person or a we-are-the-world type?
Ingrid: extremely competitive!!! I work my butt off because I hate to fail. I don't even believe in the word failure.
