The manicured green lawn provided a vibrant, cooling contrast to the gleaming metal and paint on display, effectively turning the event space into a comfortable, inviting park-like setting where enthusiasts could relax and linger.

Attendees seemed noticeably friendly and engaged, fostering an instant, palpable community feel that bridged the gap between casual observers and hardcore builders.

JDM Builds Shine Literally Accompanied by Variety of International Mix

While the event remained a titan of the JDM scene, the diversity of the lineup was impossible to ignore. The rows were dominated by iconic Japanese classics, yet a seamless integration of American muscle, refined Korean imports, and elegant European engineering rounded out the selection, proving that passion for modification knows no borders.

Among the standout exhibits, creativity reigned supreme. One of the most talked-about vehicles was Paul’s wrecked car—a polarizing yet undeniably brilliant work of art. Built with an ingenious use of readily available hardware from a local Home Depot, the build challenged convention and proved that vision often outweighs budget.

Nearby, a different standard of excellence was set by Cheeze’s classic grey CRX. It stood as the quintessential example of JDM presence, meticulously maintained and modified with a restraint that highlighted the timeless lines of the chassis. Adding further prestige to the rows, the "Member Only" car club brought a dedicated fleet of vehicles that left spectators stunned. Their collection of respected JDM builds was nothing short of showroom quality, boasting deep, liquid-like paint jobs and flawless mechanical setups that demanded—and received—lengthy admiration from everyone who passed by.

The Spocom models and the Drew Kaizen lineup set a professional standard that was much welcomed. Beyond being photogenic, the teams were professional and easy to work with, which made capturing the essence of the models and the cars a seamless process.

The spotlight was brightest on our official cover models, who brought immense creativity to the floor. Mochi continues to prove why she is a favorite among the media; her natural talent and creative intuition behind the lens made every photo session a delight. We love working with her because she consistently elevates every concept presented. Sharing the venue was our other cover model, Gothiccroze. She brought an avant-garde gothic edge to the day, pushing stylistic boundaries and providing some of the most creative and visually striking images of the entire show.

The talent depth extended far beyond the cover stars. Niki, Kat, and the rest of the model lineup were exceptional. Their ability to engage with the crowd while maintaining a professional demeanor in the heat of the afternoon was impressive, making them truly great to work with.

The Super Famous Miss Spocom Bikini Contest

As the day progressed, the energy shifted toward the famous bikini contest. This event is always a top billing highlight, serving as a fun, high-energy centerpiece that perfectly encapsulates the celebratory spirit of Spocom. The competition was comfortable but still stiff this year, with contestants showcasing immense confidence and charisma.

When the dust settled, the results were announced to an enthusiastic crowd. Laura earned a great third-place finish, while Gothiccroze’s unique style and presence earned her second place. The top honor went to Niki, who was crowned the official Miss Spocom SF 2026 bikini contest winner, capping off a stellar day for the models.
