FD LA - Japanese Race Queen

I am not sure what is her name. My Japanese is not good at that moment... It sounds something like Hirori (pardon me!) However, she typifies the beautiful Japanese Race Queen style. She has that very sweet smile, slendar figure, and shiny outfit, with a huge umbrella!! It is my luck to see such an authentic beauty directly from Japan to this event. Nice!!
